The 73 m² Auszeit vacation apartment with ground-level entrance and sun terrace is located in a former detached farmhouse, 9 km from the Belgian border. From the 400 souls place Baasem out the location offers the proximity of Cologne and to Trier despite Eifel flair. ( approx. 60 min ) The location is particularly suitable for motorcycle travelers and convertible drivers in the Ardennes / Belgium, volcano Eifel, Luxembourg, Moselle and Nürburgring. Hiking, cycling and Nordic walking are possible from the accommodation. The apartment was completed in April 2020 and is designed for 2 people. There is the possibility of an additional overnight stay for 2 people in a high-quality bunk bed measuring 2 m x 1.40 m for 2 people in the passageway from the living room to the bathroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for 4 people. The bathroom has a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The terrace has wooden furniture with barbecue and sauna. Parking for cars, motorcycles and a garage for bicycles are available at the house. The rental price includes towels, bed linen and sauna including final cleaning, so there are no hidden additional costs. Arrival is usually from 15:00 and departure at 11:00. Other times can be arranged by prior arrangement.

Our cozy, 3-star family-run, DTV classified house is about 72m2 in size. It has two floors and offers enough space for 3 adults and a child as well as a baby enough space. It has a bathroom with shower (hairdryer available), a living room with pull-out couch and a flat screen TV. A master bedroom with a double bed and a flat screen TV. One bedroom with a single bed; a children's half-high bed and a baby crib + changing mat. The kitchen is equipped with a modern stove (ceramic hob) incl. oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, coffee filter machine, kettle, microwave and a toaster. microwave and a toaster. A high chair is of course also available for our younger guests. In addition, there is a playhouse on stilts, a sandpit and a barbecue area in the adjoining garden, which invites you to linger.
