Even when fully occupied, everyone has the opportunity to use the bathroom without stress. An additional toddler bedroom and playroom with all the equipment for babies and even twins and a large pull-out armchair as sleeping accommodation for an additional adult are available.The vacation home Lommiland has been awarded the highest classification of 5 stars F***** by the German Tourism Association (DTV).House and garden in detailThe fully refurbished vacation home is situated on a 1,500 square meter fenced meadow plot and offers 150 square meters of living space for 6 people. In addition, there is a separate baby room with a crib and, if required, another travel cot for small children and a sofa bed for another child (also large enough for adults). The house has 3 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor), two of which are furnished with a double bed and one with two single beds (can also be pushed together to form a double bed). All windows in the bedrooms and the baby room are fitted with pleated blinds so that you can sleep undisturbed in the morning and even when the sun is shining. 3 sanitary rooms are available. 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin and WC (1st floor); 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC (ground floor); and another separate guest toilet (ground floor). The kitchen is equipped in such a way that both quick deep-freeze cooking and a celebrated cooking pleasure are possible. There is a dishwasher, a large hob with extractor hood, a fridge and freezer, an oven and a microwave in addition to all the necessary kitchen utensils to make the preparation of a sophisticated menu a pleasure. And of course we have also provided a machine for a delicious cup of coffee. Tea drinkers will find a pot and a teapot for their enjoyment. There is also a washing machine with integrated dryer, an ironing board and an iron. The large living/dining room provides the basis for cozy get-togethers. Here you can make yourself comfortable next to the crackling fire of the fireplace on the large couch with all residents in front of the flat-screen TV, surf the Internet (integrated in the TV), log in via WLAN with your own laptop, play your movies in Dolby Surround on the Blu-ray player, listen to a CD or dine, play and chat at the dining table for 8 people. The 1,500 square meter garden is almost completely fenced in, so you can give your children free rein. There is even a large enough area for playing soccer. We have provided a sandpit, swings and slide for children. Meanwhile, the adults can take a seat on the meadow terrace at the table with 6 comfortable chairs and enjoy the delicacies prepared on the large swing barbecue or in the oven or simply sunbathe on the loungers. Possible usesWe are specially equipped for families with children of all ages and also have complete baby equipment available so that you only need your car trunk for your personal clothes. But of course you are also welcome without children and from all over the world. The Lommiland vacation home is just as suitable for long-term vacationers as it is for a short trip out of the city as a couple or with friends to cook and experience nature together. For reasons of hygiene, however, you cannot bring your pets with you. Smoking is therefore unfortunately only permitted in the garden. You will find everything your baby needs in the first few months of life, from bottle warmers, vaporizers and baby cribs monitored by baby monitors (which extend into the garden) to baby carriages (including twin baby carriages), walking frames, baby bouncers and high chairs. Apart from clothes, diapers, food and bottles, you don't need to bring anything with you. For parents of twins in particular, this means a stress-free journey and space in the trunk for your hiking boots or your own tennis racket.Location and surroundingsOur vacation home is nestled in a rural environment that is still used for farming today. The neighbor's chickens come right up to the garden fence and enjoy a fresh leaf of lettuce. Nearby farms are mainly involved in dairy farming. Our younger guests can poke their noses in and watch the farmer at work. In the village of Lommersdorf there is a Catholic church that is over 1,000 years old. There is a bakery and a restaurant. All shopping facilities, petrol stations, doctors, pharmacies and restaurants can be found in Blankenheim, which is approx. 10 minutes away by car. The train station with a direct connection to Cologne is in Blankenheim-Wald, 16 kilometers away, but is difficult to reach by public transport from Lommersdorf or by cab bus.
