The roughly 300 year old townhouse, lovingly restored, is centrally located in the old town, but in a quiet sidestreet. Via the Monschau Stairsystem you are immediately in the middle of the action with restaurants, cafe's and shops. To the museum and the craftmarket it is only a short stroll. The house has all modern amenities, while maintaining the old atmosphere. Each room shows design features of a different country.

The Breuer-Hof is a full-time farm with cows, calves, chickens and other small livestock. Guest horses are welcome. The farm is situated on the edge of Udenbreth at an altitude of almost 700 m above sea level. Nature begins right outside the front door. The view from the window extends over meadows and pastures to the nearby forest. Children are very welcome here. There is a small log cabin for them to play in, a seesaw, a slide, a sandpit - and a paddling pool in warm weather.
