Our house is located on the quiet outskirts of the beautiful Eifel village of Mirbach, directly on the Eifelsteig.
Guest rooms are available with breakfast for one night.

Our comfortable holiday apartment is situated between Hillesheim, Nürnburgring, Gerolstein, and Daun.

The cozy 74 m² newly built attic apartment with underfloor heating, which self-regulates according to the outside temperature, has a separate entrance, with seating options on the balcony facing southeast, or in front of the house also on the lawn.

From there, you have a wonderful view in the evenings of the illuminated Erlöserkapelle, built in 1903. It is a popular sightseeing object and a replica of the Church of the Redeemer in Jerusalem.
Enjoy relaxing, interesting, and affordable holiday days in the Vulkaneifel holiday area.
Belgium and Luxembourg are easily reachable by car.
Trier and Cologne can be reached in about 1 hour by car or train.
There are long and beautiful cycling and hiking trails here. Notably, the new over 300 km long "Eifelsteig" hiking trail from Aachen to Trier.

    Dear guests, you will find our holiday apartment in the middle of the Eifel in the center of Nettersheim - directly on the Eifelsteig. It was badly affected by the flood in summer 2021, like many other houses in Urft, Erft and in the Ahr valley. In the two years that followed, it was painstakingly rebuilt with great attention to detail. Our holiday apartment "a Bäckesch 17" can accommodate up to 6 people and includes a fully furnished and equipped apartment including a washing machine, parking space and WiFi.     The apartment is located very close to Rauscherpark, through which the small river Nette flows. The Vulkanpark Info Center can also be seen there. The region offers numerous hiking and cycling trails. The village offers good shopping facilities, such as bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, etc. In addition to stores, sports and leisure facilities, you can cool off in summer in our solar-heated "Pellenz" leisure pool. There is a wide range of medical services (doctors, massage therapists, etc.) and our clubs and societies offer just as many leisure activities. Thanks to our central location, the cities of Koblenz and Bonn are very easy to reach.
