We offer space for 2 to 7 people for families and small groups in a cozy vacation home with courtyard. The house was built in 1885 and later repeatedly extended and remodeled. This left a unique character with many special features. Especially on the upper floor, the low ceiling height of the two-bed room reflects the age of the house. During the renovation and design of the vacation home, special attention was paid to the old building style and treated with loving care. We would like to point out that the vacation home is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Dogs on request. The visitor's tax is charged by the town of Heimbach in the amount of € 0.75 per day. This will be charged additionally by us. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the house. Deposit: We take the liberty of requesting a deposit of 100€ before the rental. If there are no defects, this will be refunded to your account within one week of departure.

This beautiful ****-flat for 2 to 6 persons (120 m²) has a separate entrance and offers a wonderful view over the landscape with valleys and forests. You find silence and relaxation and for your children enough room for joy and fun.

Unfortunately we do not accept pets. Spend your best time of the year as a vacation or short trip in our hospitable house in the Eifel between the Eifel National Park and the Eifel volcano with sauna & terrace. 5 minutes by car from the Kronenburg bathing lake with sunbathing lawn, shady spots and restaurants. The 73 m² Auszeit vacation apartment with ground-level entrance and sun terrace is located in a former detached farmhouse, 9 km from the Belgian border. From the 400 souls place Baasem out the location offers the proximity of Cologne and to Trier despite Eifel flair. ( approx. 60 min ) The location is particularly suitable for motorcycle travelers and convertible drivers in the Ardennes / Belgium, volcano Eifel, Luxembourg, Moselle and Nürburgring. Hiking, cycling and Nordic walking are possible from the accommodation. The apartment was completed in April 2020 and is designed for 2 people. There is the possibility of an additional overnight stay for 2 people in a high-quality bunk bed measuring 2 m x 1.40 m for 2 people in the passageway from the living room to the bathroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for 4 people. The bathroom has a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The terrace has wooden furniture with barbecue and sauna. Parking for cars, motorcycles and a garage for bicycles are available at the house. The rental price includes towels, bed linen and sauna including final cleaning, so there are no hidden additional costs. Arrival is usually from 15:00 and departure at 11:00. Other times can be arranged by prior arrangement.

Our cozy vacation apartment is located in Hürtgenwald- Vossenack. Vossenack with its districts Simonskall and Raffelsbrand is a state-recognized resort. Vossenack is located in the Eifel Nature Park on the edge of the Eifel National Park. Surrounded by forests, meadows and valleys, the village offers you a variety of possibilities to make your vacation as beautiful and pleasant as you wish: Vacation in Vossenack, i.e. pure recreation and relaxation.
