The vacation home is located directly on the Rur, in the middle of the forest, 8 minutes' walk from the old town.

The apartment is located in a typical Eifel half-timbered house, on the second floor, in a quiet location next to the Eifel National Park, close to the daffodil meadows, a national park gate, circular hiking trails and cross-country skiing opportunities.

For nature lovers and adventurers Walking, hiking, climbing, cycling: Outdoor fans and adventure sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth here. Located right next to the Eifel National Park, the cozy Simmerath-Rurberg Youth Hostel offers ideal conditions for numerous activities in the fresh air. The hostel has an eight-meter-high climbing tower and a high ropes course. Water sports enthusiasts will find their playground on the nearby Rursee lake. Canoeing, sailing and rafting tours are real highlights of an Eifel vacation. And those who prefer to stay on the ground can kick and throw a few balls on the large outdoor area of the youth hostel.
