Our family-friendly guest house is located in the natural forests of the vulkaneifel. Good value half board. Comfortably furnished guest rooms with shower/toilet, television and balcony. Use of the indoor pool (4,50 x 12 m, 30°) is included. Sauna for a fee. As you can see we offer you a very low priced stay. The basic setting here is, that guests are responsible themselves for making the beds and keeping the room tidy. Everything is set up, that these small things won`t strain you. The approximately 90 m² house "Schöne Aussicht am Eifelsteig" in the district of Widdau offers space for 6 people, it is equipped with 3 separate bedrooms (1 double room, 2 single rooms, 1 sofa bed in the living room). 1 bathroom with shower bath, sink and toilet. An additional guest toilet is available. Two further sinks are in the bedrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, microwave, filter coffee machine and all the usual tools. Living and dining room with open fireplace and satellite TV. There is also the exit to one of the two terraces; from the southwest terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the beautiful Rur valley and in the evening you have a wonderful view of the clear starry sky. A large, east-facing terrace is ideal for a sunny breakfast. Two outdoor terraces/garden furniture, lounge area in the courtyard and charcoal grill available. Use of the garage is free. Parking spaces available at the house. Free WiFi. Non-smoking house No pets allowed!

The cosy holiday flat is located in a quiet, wooded area. Nearby you will find cycling and hiking trails - the Eifelsteig, Heimatspuren, Eifleschleifen, Traumpfade -, the Dreimühlen waterfall, geo-path and many beautiful viewpoints and excursion destinations. On request, 2 guest rooms (shared shower/WC) can also be booked. We are a family-friendly house. Your pet is also welcome! DVD player, games and books are available, as well as a cot with changing table and high chair. In addition, a children's table with chairs is available for our little guests. Make yourself comfortable in our large courtyard! Lawn, garden furniture and barbecue are available. A beautiful playground is 100 m from the house. A bakery is located 4 km away. Supermarkets and butchers are 6-10 km away. Breadmobiles come 4 times a week.Leudersdorf is situated in the Hillesheimer Kalkmulde in a geologically interesting, volcano-rich landscape. Nature and hiking lovers feel at home here.

The vacation apartment is located in the beautiful district of Nideggen. Not only people feel at home here, but also their pets. The old town of Nideggen is within walking distance, where you can visit cafés, restaurants and the castle. There are also wonderful hiking trails to the sandstone cliffs from the holiday apartment.
