Our home including the aprox. 65 m² basement flat is located in a quiet area at the end of a dead end road. It's a 5-min walk to the citycenter. A separate access leads into the floor from where you get into a bedroom, a bathroom and the livingroom with kitchen and dining area. Kilometers of walking- and hiking paths start directly next to the house. Also you will find bike paths and by train you can go to Euskirchen, Cologne, Bonn, Aachen or Trier.

Welcome to the holiday apartment at the waterfall! The house, built in the 19th century, has been owned by the family ever since. We are therefore pleased to welcome you to our historic apartments. Rental to holiday guests has only been possible since the complete renovation in 2023. Our great-grandparents and grandparents previously lived here. Through the complete renovation, we can offer you every comfort you need for a relaxing holiday, despite the house's long history. We offer you space on two floors with two double rooms and one single room. The 5-star holiday apartment is located in a quiet outskirts location in the small village of Nohn, which is particularly known for the growing Dreimühlen waterfall. Our property offers you the perfect starting point for hiking, cycling or relaxing. The Kalkeifel cycle path is in the immediate vicinity, as are premium hiking trails such as the Eifelsteig and interesting circular hiking trails. The Dreimühlen waterfall is a special destination at any time of the year. Discover the beautiful nature along a circular route and marvel at the growing waterfall. The nearby Café Nohner Mühle invites you to linger with coffee, delicious waffles or cake. In the Rolf Jaax Metzgerie self-service market in town you can get fresh rolls and much more that you need every day, except Sunday, from 8:30 a.m. Hillesheim with its shopping opportunities can be reached within 10 km. Larger towns such as Gerolstein, Daun, Adenau and Nürburg are approx. 13-23 km away.

We rent a romantic holiday home that has been extensively and lovingly renovated and furnished. The house is well-equipped and is surrounded by a spacious property with a wooden veranda. The holiday home is located in the district of Leudersdorf, on the outskirts, in close proximity to various hiking and cycling paths. The Eifelsteig trail passes by the village and is reachable on foot from the house, which is why Leudersdorf is very popular among hikers and mountain bikers. The "crime capital" Hillesheim can be reached in 10-15 minutes. From Leudersdorf, the following excursion destinations are also very easy to reach: Dreimühlen Waterfall near Nohn, Freilingen Swimming Lake, Nürburgring, Dauner Maare, Kasselburg Gerolstein, Phantasialand, Wild and Adventure Park Daun, and much more. The terrace will only be usable starting in spring 2025.

Welcome to vacation and relaxation in the "Haus in der Sandkaul" in the tuff village of Weibern in the Volcanic Eifel. Our house is in a wonderfully quiet location in a cul-de-sac against the magnificent backdrop of a tree-lined tuff wall. Our lovingly furnished, spacious vacation apartment - located on the first and second floor of our house - offers approx. 90 square meters of space for 2 - 6 people. It has 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower or shower bath and toilet, a cozy living room under the roof and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. All rooms are equipped with SAT-TV. An extensive selection of books awaits you on both floors. Piano players can try out their art on a melodious piano on the second floor. The spacious, romantically designed garden with pavilion and pond offers secluded spots to relax and socialize with the possibility of a barbecue. Surrounded by wooded greenery, the tufa village of Weibern is an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions, e.g. to Lake Laach, the Nürburgring and the Rhine, Moselle and Ahr rivers. On hikes along the geological trail, you can get to know the unique landscape with its rock formations and in summer, the Vulkanexpress takes you on a tour of the beauty of the Brohl Valley. You can set off by bike directly from the front door into the romantic and wild Eifel. We are happy to provide you with bicycles free of charge. The heated outdoor pool in our village, located in the middle of the forest, invites you to have fun and relax in summer. If you like swimming in a lake, the idyllic Riedener Waldsee is the right place for you; it is only 10 minutes away by car, or you can simply hike there. A picturesque restaurant or a pizzeria right by the lake invite you to enjoy a delicious meal. Shopping facilities for your daily needs are available in the supermarket, a 10-minute walk away at the edge of the forest. Our local farm store offers a small but fine regional range of potatoes, eggs from happy hens, meat and sausage, as well as seasonal fruit. Our traditional bakery awaits you just a few minutes away from the vacation apartment. A traditional restaurant (open on weekdays) and a fast food restaurant are just around the corner. Other restaurants can be found within a radius of a few kilometers. Our picturesque district town of Mayen with its fairytale Genoveva Castle offers extensive shopping opportunities. To maintain your health, there are two general practitioners, a dentist and a pharmacy in the town. Parking spaces are available for your car in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored.
