Ferienhaus Sonnenterrasse Kleverberg

Our carefully renovated vacation home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the Kleverberg in Bitburg, in the heart of the Southern Eifel. The fully equipped house offers 115 square meters of living space and a 66-square-meter sun terrace, accommodating up to 8 people—six adults in three bedrooms and two children in additional trundle beds.

Bitburg, with a population of around 14,000, is the county seat of the Eifel district of Bitburg-Prüm and is just a few minutes from the A60 highway entrance (Bitburg-Süd). The Bitburg-Erdorf train station is about 3 km from the vacation home. Thanks to its central location between Trier, Luxembourg, and Belgium, there are numerous recreational opportunities—from the Nürburgring to the Moselle wine region and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Trier, all the way to the historic border towns of Vianden and Echternach.

Our vacation home is the ideal starting point for extended hikes and bike rides through the Southern Eifel. The Eifelsteig trail passes by Bitburg in several stages, and the Bitburger LandGänge offer eight loop trails ranging from 2 to 8 km right on our doorstep. Cyclists appreciate the Kyll Bike Path, which runs mostly flat along the river—it’s about 40 km from Bitburg-Erdorf to Trier.

Families appreciate the short distance to the Cascade Bitburg water park (just a 7-minute walk) with its 55-meter slide, swimming pool, and sauna area. The Marienhaus-Klinikum Eifel is 350 meters away and can be reached in 4 minutes on foot—a reassuring thought for families and guests who value having quality medical care nearby.

    Cozy vacation apartment in the heart of the historic old town of Nideggen. All sights and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity of our vacation apartment. Fantastically situated directly at the Eifel National Park, numerous marked hiking trails are waiting to be explored. Holland and Belgium, as well as the cities of Monschau, Aachen, Düren can be reached by car in about 30 to 60 minutes, the train station in the neighboring town of Brück in 10 minutes.
