The comfortably furnished vacation home is located with a large garden directly on the Rur at the foot of Nideggen Castle and in about 3 minutes on foot you are in the Eifel National Park. In the middle of the small village Schmidt we rent two vacation homes once 4 **** and one vacation apartment 4 ****. On the edge of the Eifel National Park and in the immediate vicinity of Lake Rursee, you can experience nature right from the doorstep.

Lot 54 is a multi-storey residential building that has been tastefully refurbished and renovated in an exclusive style. There are currently 2 large vacation apartments, a large parking lot and a very large playground behind the house. Unfortunately, this is currently only 100m down the road. The meadow is perfect for barbecues and chilling out and is located next to a small stream.

Welcome to our website from Sandra's apartment. In a few short sentences you will get to know our cozy apartment in the beautiful Kürrenberg. Kürrenberg is a district or a local district of the city of Mayen in northern Rhineland-Palatinate. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, we are the right place for you. Outside you will find the 8x4 m solar-heated swimming pool, which can also be used comfortably in the main season in bad weather, as a roof protects against rain and wind. Which is very pleasant with the cool pinch in Kürrenberg. They also find a lot of cosiness. For example, our barbecue area to sit together with your family or sometimes alone, with an exciting book or a glass of wine. At the pool there are always loungers and a table with chairs for the use of your stay. We also have something to offer families. Since we have two children ourselves, there is a climbing tower with slide and swing, sandpit, trampoline and our two rabbits who are always happy to receive a delicious carrot from our little guests. But our apartment is also just right for hikers and explorers, the nearby forest offers some dream paths that are waiting to be explored by you. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, living and dining room with a functional sofa bed and a TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Kitchen linen available. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower attachment. The Eifel Chalet Niederehe Our Eifel Chalet was built in 2017 as a wooden house in log cabin style and has been used as a residence until the end of 2024. This traditional sustainable construction method is characterized by its natural appearance and offers a pleasant living climate due to the material wood. Perfect for your cozy stay in the Vulkaneifel! By definition, a chalet is a mountain or alpine hut. But don't worry - our Eifel Chalet is a comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people with plenty of amenities for a relaxing stay with us. Our holiday home has a living area of 91 m2 and is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom, a utility room, a hallway, and a large living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the large covered terrace, there is a lockable storage room for, for example, bicycles. Part of the garden can be shared, and there is a large parking space directly at the holiday home on the property.
