The house is located in a quiet and sunny location with a partly covered and furnished new terrace, the renovated and newly furnished apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest. Shopping facilities, sports facilities riding arena / hall, tennis courts and fitness center can be reached in a few minutes. For hiking enthusiasts, the hiking and forest trails start after about 100 meters. Nürburgring guests can reach the start and finish area after approx. 7 km, the old Nordschleife in the area of the Adenauer Forest / Fuchsröhre / Schwedenkreuz after approx. 1.5 km on foot. The house has an apartment for up to 5 people with the possibility of an extra bed for up to 6 people and a double room / shower / WC. WLAN is available throughout the house.

Of course, WLAN is available and free of charge. In our non-smoking house you will find a kitchen-cum-living-room with a corner bench and all the paraphernalia necessary for cooking, baking and getting together. A living room with a large Sat-TV and an additional living area with a folding sofa, invite you to relax or read. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with twin beds and Sat-TV.There is one bathroom downstairs and one bathroom upstairs. Bedlinen and towels are included from 4 nights and more. End of lease cleaning is included. In the basement you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, laundry rackand clotheslines.There is parking for up to 5 cars on site. We offer a lockable garage to cyclists and bikers. You are also welcome to use the garden with barbecue belonging to the house for your relaxation.

You will find our hotel directly at the Brunnenplatz, at the beginning of the traffic-calmed zone. Approx. 5 minutes on foot to the train station.Arrival from 14:00 o'clock - departure until 11:00 o'clockReception is manned until 20:00. The room will be kept free for you until 18:00.
