• In the dining room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.  There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).

Rooms 109, 112, 205, 214

• There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
• The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.

  in front of the WC and in front of the washbasin 165 x 145 cm;
  to the left of the WC 150 cm x 70 cm, to the right 40 cm x 70 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The grab rail to the left of the WC can be folded up. 
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be viewed while standing or sitting.
• The shower without threshold is 150 cm x 150 cm. A shower seat and grab rails are provided. 
• There is an alarm release.

Room 214 (double room)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  at the door 200 cm x 145 cm;
  in front of essential, fixed furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) and between the single beds at least 200 cm x 180 cm.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the WC and in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 160 cm;
  to the right and left of the WC 90 cm x 70 cm. However, the manoeuvring spaces are restricted by a sloping roof or a rounded wall.
• There are fold-up grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be viewed while standing or sitting.
• The sleeperless shower is 150 cm x 150 cm. A shower seat and grab rails are provided. 
• There is no alarm trigger.

Nursing bath

• The nursing bathroom can be used by all guests free of charge. It is additionally equipped with a tub and associated lifting device.
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  at the door, in front of the WC and the washbasin at least 200 cm x 170 cm;
  to the left of the WC 200 cm x 70 cm, there is no manoeuvring space to the right. 
• Grab rails are provided to the left and right of the WC. The grab rail to the left of the WC can be folded up. 
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be viewed while standing or sitting.
• The shower without threshold is 200 cm x 200 cm. A shower seat and grab rails are provided. 
• There is no alarm trigger available.

Public ladies' WC for people with disabilities (ground floor)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the WC and in front of the washbasin 135 cm x 143 cm;
  to the left of the WC 120 cm x 70 cm, there is no manoeuvring space to the right. 
• There is a fold-up grab rail to the left of the WC.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible.
• There is an alarm trigger. 

Public men's WC for people with disabilities (ground floor)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the WC and in front of the washbasin 145 cm x 150 cm;
  to the right of the WC 130 cm x 70 cm, there is no manoeuvring space to the left. 
• There is a fold-up grab rail to the right of the WC.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible.
• There is an alarm trigger.
