In a unique location in the beautiful Eifel, directly on the shores of Lake Kronenburg, lies our approx. 140 square meter exclusive vacation home. The former stevedore's house has been offered as a vacation home for the first time since 2019. The house has been completely refurbished and modernized to meet the highest standards and offers up to 8 people the best comfort on vacation. Can also be booked for up to 10 people on request. On the lake side there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture and loungers, barbecue and access to your private sunbathing lawn. The surrounding balcony and terrace are fenced in. Enjoy the wonderful view from there with a cup of coffee, while your children and pets can run around and play safely. Whether water sports, fishing, hiking, cycling, horse riding, walking around the lake or relaxing in the in-house sauna - nobody wants to leave here. The picturesque village of Kronenburg with its romantic little streets invites you to take a stroll. It is also an ideal starting point for sports enthusiasts. The Kyll cycle path is in the immediate vicinity!

Close to our house is the Ahrtal- cycling trail.</p> <p>&nbsp;The Trail&nbsp;AhrSteig leads through Eichenbach.&nbsp; We invite you to a tour of our restaurant and hotel As well as through the surroundings from the ruin of Aremberg to the N&uuml;rburg with the N&uuml;rburgring.</p> <p></p> <p>Here the chief Achim Meurer cooks himself. Welling is a central starting point for hiking and cycling tours along the Rhine and Moselle, Eifel and Hunsrück. The 26 romantic premium hiking trails within a radius of 0.5 to approx. 20 km around Welling invite you to hike and dream. The Nettetal nature reserve borders on our doorstep, with direct access to the feeder trail to the Nette Slate Dream Trail. The hiking trail leads directly along the cozy Nette. The Laacher See lake with the Maria Laach monastery, the volcano park above and below ground, the many romantic castles including Bürresheim Castle, Pyrmont Castle, Eltz Castle, Thurant Castle, Genovefaburg Castle in the town of Mayen with the castle festival in summer and many, many more attractions offer the opportunity for a varied leisure program for leisure, sport and culture to suit every taste.
