Many specially made individual solutions, antique furniture combined with modern accessories create a unique atmosphere.Located in a small, typical Eifel village with no through traffic, in the middle of the beautiful southern Eifel, surrounded by extensive forests and meadows, the Weires family invites visitors to switch off and enjoy the tranquility and charm of their jewel.The house offers 140 m² with 3 bedrooms for 5 people.

Description Apartment Auszeit with sauna & terrace Welcome to the time-out of the year. Included in the rental price of the apartment are towels, bed linen, sauna for exclusive use and final cleaning, no additional costs. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Unfortunately we do not accept pets. Spend your best time of the year as a vacation or short trip in our hospitable house in the Eifel between the Eifel National Park and the Eifel volcano with sauna & terrace. 5 minutes by car from the Kronenburg bathing lake with sunbathing lawn, shady spots and restaurants. The 73 m² Auszeit vacation apartment with ground-level entrance and sun terrace is located in a former detached farmhouse, 9 km from the Belgian border. From the 400 souls place Baasem out the location offers the proximity of Cologne and to Trier despite Eifel flair. ( approx. 60 min ) The location is particularly suitable for motorcycle travelers and convertible drivers in the Ardennes / Belgium, volcano Eifel, Luxembourg, Moselle and Nürburgring. Hiking, cycling and Nordic walking are possible from the accommodation. The apartment was completed in April 2020 and is designed for 2 people. There is the possibility of an additional overnight stay for 2 people in a high-quality bunk bed measuring 2 m x 1.40 m for 2 people in the passageway from the living room to the bathroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for 4 people. The bathroom has a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The terrace has wooden furniture with barbecue and sauna. Parking for cars, motorcycles and a garage for bicycles are available at the house. The rental price includes towels, bed linen and sauna including final cleaning, so there are no hidden additional costs. Arrival is usually from 15:00 and departure at 11:00. Other times can be arranged by prior arrangement.

The Nürburgring is 30 km away from the property. There are also various hiking routes including the Eifelsteig which pass by the property.

Description HausAcht incl. KleinHausAcht (both units) The HausAcht (cosy guesthouse from the 60s) has been serving as a modern conference and leisure centre for almost 20 years. In 2016, the KleinHausAcht was added as a barrier-free extension. As a group house, up to 35 guests can use the house in various ways. Under the slogan "A whole house to live in", the house is available for children and youth groups, " large families " and working groups, hiking groups, motorcycle groups and company trips. The HausAcht is only rented to one group at a time, who can use all rooms on their own. The large kitchen (optionally for self-sufficiency) 4 lounges (incl. rustic taproom) offer plenty of room for creativity. 11 bedrooms (almost all with shower and WC) for 31 guests offer a pleasant privacy. The group house can accommodate up to 31 people. As from 32 persons, the KleinHausAcht (extension) is automatically rented. On request, a smaller group can also be divided into a group house and a KleinHausAcht (extension). You can discuss this with your host. The low barrier KleinHausAcht can be rented integratively. This extension on the level of the HausAcht recreation rooms offers 2 additional bedrooms for 4 guests, an entrance hall with kitchenette and a large bathroom with barrier-free equipment. Up to 3 wheelchair users can get along here. For the guests in the HausAcht - group house Beckmanns cook service is available on request for an individual part or full board.
