You can reach the vacation apartment via a barrier-free entrance. It is comfortably and modernly furnished on 88 m² and has a spacious furnished terrace facing south, a large sunbathing lawn and a children's climbing and playhouse with sandpit. There is also storage space for your own bicycles or similar items.

Dear guests, you will find our holiday apartment in the middle of the Eifel in the center of Nettersheim - directly on the Eifelsteig. It was badly affected by the flood in summer 2021, like many other houses in Urft, Erft and in the Ahr valley. In the two years that followed, it was painstakingly rebuilt with great attention to detail. Our holiday apartment "a Bäckesch 17" can accommodate up to 6 people and includes a fully furnished and equipped apartment including a washing machine, parking space and WiFi. The stylish "Ferienwohnung 1" in Haus Panoramablick is located above Monschau and offers you a breathtaking view of the picturesque Laufenbach valley. The famous Eifelsteig trail and the historic old town of Monschau are just a few minutes' walk away. For cycling enthusiasts, the Vennbahnweg/Ravel can also be reached in a few minutes by bike. This charming vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance. An elegant spiral staircase leads you up to all the rooms, which are located on the top floor of the house. The spacious 80 m² apartment offers comfortable space for two people. A checkroom and a separate guest WC await you on the first floor. All other rooms are located on the top floor. The spacious living/dining room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and the decorative fireplace in the living room area creates a cozy atmosphere. From the dining area you can enjoy a wonderful view over the valley of Monschau. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: it is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, an induction hob, a fridge with freezer compartment and a Senseo Twist coffee machine. The cozy bedroom under the sloping roof has a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) with high-quality mattresses. The modern bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. A parking space is available right outside the front door for easy access.
