The HeimatSpur Wacholder-Kyll Trail near Bleckhausen is a hidden gem and the perfect spot for a leisurely break. The trail lies a bit off the beaten path from tourist attractions and is therefore not very crowded. It’s ideal for experiencing peace and quiet while hiking close to nature.

The trail starts in the center of Bleckhausen at the hiking parking lot and leads right through the nearby Wacholder nature reserve, a short stretch through the Trombach Valley, and back through meadows and fields to the tour’s starting point.

The area is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The juniper pasture offers unique and lasting recreational value thanks to its distinctive flora and fauna.
