The apartment is located very close to Rauscherpark, through which the small river Nette flows. The Vulkanpark Info Center can also be seen there. The village offers good shopping facilities, such as bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, etc. In addition to stores, sports and leisure facilities, you can cool off in summer in our solar-heated "Pellenz" leisure pool. There is a wide range of medical services (doctors, massage therapists, etc.) and our clubs and societies offer just as many leisure activities. Our Ahbachtal vacation home is located in the small Eifel village of Üxheim with a wonderful view of the unique landscape of the Volcanic Eifel. There are a total of two double rooms and one twin room in the vacation home. You can relax in the spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub after extensive hiking tours. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open plan, and a small terrace facing the village can be reached directly from the living room. We have equipped our kitchen with the utmost care; in addition to sufficient crockery for a total of 6 people, you will also find a hand mixer, a kettle etc.. You can reach the second covered terrace in the house's own garden through the utility room. A washing machine can be found here on request. We are also happy to welcome your dog in the Ahbachtal vacation home, please contact us before arrival, we have vacation equipment ready for your four-legged friend. A spacious garage is available for your car and/or bicycles, there is also enough space for children's and/or dog bike trailers. The Meerfelder Maar, as well as the Kratersee and Mosenberg can be reached in a few minutes by car.
