Another testimony of volcanic origin is the Vulkania healing spring, not far from the Nürburg spring in Dreis-Brück. The recognised healing water is a little refreshment on the way.

The second section starts in the scenic expanses of the Brohltal, featuring beautiful views of medieval Olbrück Castle and two true spectacles of nature: the Rodder Maar and Lake Königssee. Want to go for a little detour? A round of swingolf, the golf sport for everyone, will feel like a pleasant slowdown in front of a gorgeous backdrop.

Outside the village of Dockweiler, to the south-east in the forest area, you will find the Dockweiler "Drees". The iron-rich mineral water bubbles out near the "Hasbach".

Children's Path "Animals of the Forest" on the Dream Path Heidehimmel VolkesfeldThe Children's Path "Animals of the Forest" invites young and old nature enthusiasts to a special walk through the forest along a section of the Dream Path Heidehimmel in Volkesfeld. On a 2.6-kilometer circular route, there are 20 lovingly designed panels introducing native forest inhabitants. Each animal is accompanied by a suitable poem that invites smiles, reflection, and participation. Thus, the Children's Path combines movement in the fresh air with language, imagination, and knowledge about nature.

At the southern entrance to the village of Weiler (at the corner of Großstraße and Hauptstraße) stands the small chapel of St. Leonhard, a simple building made of plastered rubble stone.
