The vacation home is located in the idyllic Zerkall - below Nideggen and is the perfect place to spend a quiet yet eventful vacation with family or friends. Zerkall has its own train stop, making it easy to reach everything.The detached vacation home was completely renovated in 2019 and furnished with a lot of love and high standards. It has a new, fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge, stove and oven. In the large living room is the dining area with a large dining table. The living room is furnished with a very nice modern, extendable couch, a flat screen TV, a music system and a fireplace. Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms. Both with a double bed and 1 bedroom has an additional full bed. There is a bathroom with shower, WC and basin and a guest WC. In front of the house there is a lounge area and the absolute best thing is the 100 square meter roof terrace with a wonderful view of Nideggen Castle. Bed linen and towels are provided by us. Parking is available in front of the house. Arrival: from 15:00 hrs Departure: until 11:00 hrs at the latest. During the summer vacation (NRW) a rental is only possible on a weekly basis. The use of WLAN is included. Pets are welcome.

We offer space for 2 to 7 people for families and small groups in a cozy vacation home with courtyard. The house was built in 1885 and later repeatedly extended and remodeled. This left a unique character with many special features. Especially on the upper floor, the low ceiling height of the two-bed room reflects the age of the house. During the renovation and design of the vacation home, special attention was paid to the old building style and treated with loving care. We would like to point out that the vacation home is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Dogs on request. The visitor's tax is charged by the town of Heimbach in the amount of € 0.75 per day. This will be charged additionally by us. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the house. Deposit: We take the liberty of requesting a deposit of 100€ before the rental. If there are no defects, this will be refunded to your account within one week of departure.
