Our two holiday apartments are located on the outskirts of Polch in a beautiful, quiet environment. The surrounding landscape, with various marked hiking and cycling paths, is excellent for hiking and biking. Additionally, various wildlife parks, castles, and the towns of Mayen and Cochem, as well as the city of Koblenz, are within easy reach.Our holiday apartments are located on the ground floor and the first floor, measuring 68 / 75 m² each, and accommodating up to 5 people.There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and two fold-away beds. The living kitchen with kitchenette has a dining area for 4 people and a dishwasher. The living room features a seating area which can be converted into a sofa bed. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, and hairdryer, as well as TV and free Wi-Fi. A terrace is available on the ground floor, and a balcony is available on the first floor. We consider any individual requests regarding the equipment and will change or provide them in advance or during your vacation if necessary. Our house is located in a higher part of Adenau, so that you have a enchanting view of the Eifel town, but can still reach the city centre with shopping facilities and restaurants on foot. The guest room can be reached through its own entrance. There is plenty of parking. Our house is a non-smoking house. For smokers, there is a possibility outside in front of the door.
