The 52 m² newly furnished apartment is divided into a double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers, a living room with satellite TV and dining table and a new kitchenette with dishwasher. The apartment also has a spacious shower and WC with washbasin. A new washing machine and an exhaust air dryer are also in the apartment.
