Our beautiful, quietly situated holiday apartment in Üdersdorf-Trittscheid is located in the heart of the volcanic Eifel, in the immediate vicinity of the Eifelsteig, Lieserpfad and our wonderful Eifel maar landscape such as the Weinfelder Maar, the Schalkenmehrener Maar and many more. The Schalkenmehrener, Gemündener and Pulvermaar each have a swimming pool with boat hire. The apartment is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling tours, nature observation or children's adventures. Outside, a large furnished terrace with a view of the Eifelsteig and adjacent garden with sunbathing lawn invites you to barbecue, relax, have a delicious breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. You can use the parking area directly in front of the house free of charge. On request, a garage for bicycles or motorbikes can be provided for an extra charge. From April 2020, 2 additional beds (then a total of 7 beds) can be provided on request in combination with an additional bathroom. Dogs are very welcome. This is a true paradise for dogs. The house is located on the outskirts of the village, directly next to meadows and forests and numerous walking paths. Whoever feels like jogging or walking will find ideal conditions here. Of course there is also a lot to discover in our beautiful Eifel! Welcome to our vacation home "eifel-mökki"! Here in the quiet Ramscheid you will spend your vacation on the hills of the northern Eifel, with a view over meadows and forests. While the children play in the sandpit or kick the soccer ball into the goal, you have the opportunity to relax in the beach chair. After a barbecue, you can sit by the cozy fire on the swivel barbecue with fire bowl. The patio canopy offers protection in wind and weather. Or you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace in the living room after an autumn hike. You can socialize on the spacious sofa or at the long dining table, perhaps playing one of the many board games waiting for you in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a shower, the bathroom has a bathtub. The bedroom on the first floor has a full-length 180 cm wide mattress. Upstairs, in the studio, there are four single beds and two sofa beds. There is also a guest WC. You will find a play-painting table and lots of toys for all ages. A second TV with DVD player and a place to play your own games consoles can be found here. The CD player also has its place here. Plenty of information material and some hiking maps as well as enough reading material, also about the country and its people, are available in the living room. We provide a travel cot and a high chair for our youngest guests, and the sockets are equipped with child safety locks. Various Eifel loops and cycle routes run past the house, down the mountain. In summer, coffee, chips and a cold beer are available down in the valley. Local shops and restaurants can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

General: The three-room apartment is located in the 2nd row (30 m - street) on the first floor of a two-family house. The house was built by the owner in 2004 and was occupied by family members until the end of 2022. The first floor apartment was renovated in spring 2023 and is now offered as a vacation apartment. The apartment: Family-friendly and modern furnished 75 m² non-smoking apartment with living/dining room, separate kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a large bathroom, storage/ pantry, garden furniture in the driveway with a small green area and a parking space for two cars next to the house. Furnishings: The apartment is fully tiled and has underfloor heating. In the living room you will find a cozy corner sofa (also suitable for sleeping) with matching coffee table and a wall unit, satellite TV with HDMI connection, stereo system with radio, games and books are also there. The adjoining dining area is equipped with an extendable dining table for 6-8 chairs. The kitchen, in which you will find a stove with ceramic hob, convection oven, Tchibo capsule machine, refrigerator, kettle and basic cooking equipment. The living room faces south. In the driveway you will find a garden table with seating. The two bedrooms face northwest and northeast. Here you will find a double bed and a single bed with new slatted frames and cold foam mattresses (sizes: 2.00 x 1.80 m and 2.00 x 1.00 m respectively) as well as wardrobes and chests of drawers.
