Experience beautiful nature along narrow hiking trails and get an up-close look at the world of miners in the old ore mining sites, the so-called "Pingen" on the Pingenwanderweg trail.

The Gasthaus "Zur Krone" in Langenfeld is the ideal starting point for day trips to the unique juniper heath areas of the Eastern Eifel, hikes on the "Traumpfade" and "Traumpfädchen" as well as cycling or motorbike tours. The visit mine "Grube Bendisberg" is also only a few kilometres away.
