The Kalterherberger parish church “Saint Lambertus” is commonly known as “Eifeldom” due to its striking double towers. It was built in 1897-1901 by Priest Arnoldy.

The Afelskreuz (Ablasskreuz) stands on an old Roman military road. For centuries pilgrims have been pilgrimage from Bonn-Cologne to the grave of the Apostle Matthias in Trier.

The Ten Stargazes are places where you can observe the impressive night sky. They are easy to reach and perfectly equipped for an astronomical voyage of discovery on your own. Exciting information and suitable installations help to deepen the fascination of stargazing. Each Stargaze has been given its own theme. There, a variety of aspects of astronomy and nocturnal nature as well as local peculiarities are shown.

As the central point of contact in the Volcano Park, the information centre offers an overview of the wide range of geological and archaeological themes covered in the park. 

The Priest Murder is Experience Point No. 3 on the "Hexen, Henker & Halunken" hiking trail.
