In memory of the tragic events that happend in Hürtgenwald during the second world war, the museum "Hürtgenwald 1944 and in peace" was built on Pfarrer-Dickmann-Straße in Vossenack.
Probably the smallest art museum in the world is located near the border triangle of Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. The museum shows the works of artists from the surrounding countries in changing exhibitions in the former school bus waiting hall in Welchenhausen.
