A pump track is a specially designed circular track for all types of bikes. It consists of wave-like hills, steep curves, and jumps that allow the course to be ridden without pedaling, but through weight shifting and targeted pulling and pushing movements (English: "pumping").

Many people describe the recreation center as the "green lung" of Mayen. Who sees the fun and recreational values of the center, can worship the recoving areas which is located infront of the city's gate.Grilling hats, training tools and a nice playground, a beach volleyball field and a combined roller-/ ice skating rink offer a lot of possibilities to do.The grilling hats can be booked at the tourist-information of Mayen between April and October.

From May 2025: At this experience station you will find out which grain is grown on the Maifeld and what you can do with it after the harvest!
