It is centrally located in the district of Birkesdorf, west of the city center, yet in a quiet area. The highway A4 Cologne/Aachen is easily reached in 2 minutes. Good connections also to the A 44, Jülich/Niederzier and A 61 in the direction of Mönchengladbach and Düsseldorf Comfortable rooms of various sizes, in a large detached house with a garden of almost 900 m², are available for an undisturbed stay.

The house is located on the outskirts of the village with a view of meadows and forest. Cycling and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Many surrounding sights, as well as the Eifelpark and Dinopark can be reached in 20 minutes.
