Apart from a steep climb out of the Rur valley, along the Buntsandsteinfelsen nature reserve, this route is easy to manage overall. The route mostly runs parallel to the banks of the Rur. Parking is available at the train stations in Nideggen-Brück and Abenden as well as the parking lot in the center of Nideggen.

It is located on a southern slope on a 600 m² property and has a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen bar with fireplace and 2 bathrooms, one with shower. The house has a chimney (fire place in the living room), a TV and SAT Receiver. Your kitchen has Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffeemaschine, Stove, Baking Oven, Water boiler, Egg cooker, Toaster.
