Beekeeping Our apiary has been in existence since 2002. With a great deal of passion, we have developed it into a small, certified organic family business in Wittlich. Our approximately 150 bee colonies are spread across the southern Eifel region from the Moselle to the Volcanic Eifel and make an important contribution to the pollination of crops and wild plants and produce valuable products such as honey, propolis and beeswax. We have been managing our bees in a controlled organic way since 2008. For us, organic beekeeping means sustainable, environmentally friendly management, respectful animal husbandry and the highest product quality.

Restaurant with good home cooking.

In the center of Schleiden guests enjoy an exquisite and open kitchen in our restaurant, where you are welcome to watch the kitchen team cooking and preparing the dishes. Attractive offers for an overnight stay or a weekend visit on the edge of the Eifel National Park offers our comfortably furnished hotel on the upper floor.
