In the meantime the third generation is running the old farm in the mountains of northern Italy. To this day, Nonna Lucia still has the feathers in her hand. In the village she is known as "Nonna Pollo", the grandma of the chickens. In the middle of the mountains on green meadows she raises happy chickens here. Her granddaughter, typically Italian named after grandma, runs her first restaurant here at the Nürburgring and prepares grandma's chicken according to an old family recipe. The "Schruff" inn in Nettersheim is now in its fifth generation of family ownership. In 2006, their eldest daughter Brigitte Schruff took over the established family business. The house name "Aan Anneliese" (after the founder from 1834) has been preserved among the original Nettersheimers. The younger generation meets "beem Schruuff".

The beverage station in the weather-protected wooden house in Niederscheidweiler was completed by the Verein fürs Gute e.V. with the help of many volunteers and supporters Easter 2021. Sprudel, apple spritzer, elderflower & lemonade, malt beer, beer and Radler are offered.
