The menu offers classic coffee varieties such as espresso, cappuccino and flat white. Hot chocolate, tea and iced tea are also available.
The bowl selection is complemented by sweet and savoury bagels, two different breakfast platters and desserts that change ‘according to mood’.
Matcha, green tea from Japan, is offered in various varieties – for example, as a matcha latte with pistachio cream or as a cold drink in flavours such as blueberry, mango or strawberry – using a selected organic variety.
The emphasis is on sustainability and fairly produced products.

    Beekeeping Our apiary has been in existence since 2002. With a great deal of passion, we have developed it into a small, certified organic family business in Wittlich. Our approximately 150 bee colonies are spread across the southern Eifel region from the Moselle to the Volcanic Eifel and make an important contribution to the pollination of crops and wild plants and produce valuable products such as honey, propolis and beeswax. We have been managing our bees in a controlled organic way since 2008. For us, organic beekeeping means sustainable, environmentally friendly management, respectful animal husbandry and the highest product quality.
