Rangertour Vogelsang-Wollseifen Route im Nationalpark Eifel

Nationalpark-Zentrum Eifel im Forum Vogelsang IP

1:00 PM

Every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sunday of the month | The national park rangers offer guided hikes several times a week - free of charge and without registration. There is a suitable tour for every visitor! The start times and meeting points for the tours are always the same - making it easier for you to plan.

Get a comprehensive impression of the Dreiborner Hochfläche. This 33 square kilometer area was used as the Vogelsang military training area until the end of 2005.

Rangers will accompany you from the Eifel National Park Center through natural forests over the Neffgesbach to the deserted village of Wollseifen. The inhabitants of this former village had to give way to military use in 1946. The return route goes through wide meadows. The approximately 6.5 kilometer route with a steep ascent is also suitable for all-terrain strollers.

Halfway through the route, seating is provided for you.

Hearing-impaired guests can borrow a mobile hearing amplifier if they notify us in advance. Otherwise, registration for the free tours is not required. We kindly ask that larger groups of 10 or more people announce themselves in advance at 02444/9510-0.

The ranger tour takes place every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sunday of the month.
