Halloween at Satzvey Castle

Ghosts and demons are unrestrainedly wreaking havoc at Satzvey Castle.

The idyllically situated Satzvey Castle is transformed into an extremely eerie house of horrors.

For two nights, ghosts and demons run amok, turning the moated castle into a true place of terror. Even at the entrance to the castle grounds, a chill runs down your spine: silent and gloomy, the ferryman on the castle pond greets arriving guests in the dim light.

It gets even more eerie once you pass through the castle gate: ghostly creatures crawl out from every corner of the sprawling grounds, striking fear into the hearts of anyone who approaches. Those who dare to venture into the dark castle park can experience the “Trail of Terror” there: a special spine-chilling highlight reserved for those with strong nerves! Later in the evening, the massive door to the Bourbon Hall creaks open: here, the undead join hands in a never-ending dance.

Halloween for kids runs from 3 to 6 p.m., featuring an age-appropriate program for children up to about 12 years old with more delicate nerves. To help the little monster “HabNichtAngst,” young guests are challenged to pass various tests of courage, uncover dark secrets, mix magical potions, or climb through a spider’s web.

Costumes are welcome!
