The apartment is located in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the village, about 200 m from the beautiful forest of Elztal, but only about 3.5 km from the A 48 motorway. The beautiful terrace has a real natural stone wall and invites you to relax with high-quality rattan / wood furniture. Seasonally (limited usability) two exclusive Rattan sun loungers and a large umbrella are available. In August 2022 we converted our separate apartment on the ground floor our house into an attractive, comfortable and high-quality vacation apartment. In the middle of the small village Schmidt we rent two vacation homes once 4 **** and one vacation apartment 4 ****. On the edge of the Eifel National Park and in the immediate vicinity of Lake Rursee, you can experience nature right from the doorstep.

With 120 m² of living space plus a 33 m² conservatory (unheated) with lounge corner, table football, dartboard and table tennis table, every guest will quickly find their favorite spot. A staircase leads from the balcony in front of the conservatory to the garden with barbecue area, fire pit, seating and loungers. An ideal place to relax, cook together, barbecue, play and chat or as a starting point for excursions in the municipality of Hürtgenwald and the surrounding area. Spacious, well-kept and very well-equipped vacation apartment for up to 8 people, can also be used comfortably for 2-4 people. Our house is centrally located, but quiet and with good shopping facilities. You can reach our beautiful hiking trails and Eifel forests in just a few minutes.
