Our well cared-for boarding house is placed in a qiet, (southern exposured) area. We have seven comfortable rooms, which have all a terrace or a blacony. A nice garden invites you for rest and relaxation. There is a playground for cheldren just 50 m far from our haouse. We want you to feel very well in our boarding house!

We rent a romantic holiday home that has been extensively and lovingly renovated and furnished. The house is well-equipped and is surrounded by a spacious property with a wooden veranda. The holiday home is located in the district of Leudersdorf, on the outskirts, in close proximity to various hiking and cycling paths. The Eifelsteig trail passes by the village and is reachable on foot from the house, which is why Leudersdorf is very popular among hikers and mountain bikers. The "crime capital" Hillesheim can be reached in 10-15 minutes. From Leudersdorf, the following excursion destinations are also very easy to reach: Dreimühlen Waterfall near Nohn, Freilingen Swimming Lake, Nürburgring, Dauner Maare, Kasselburg Gerolstein, Phantasialand, Wild and Adventure Park Daun, and much more. The terrace will only be usable starting in spring 2025.

Dear guests, Our house is located in the Schleiden district of Dreiborn on the Dreiborn plateau in the northern Eifel on the edge of the "Eifel National Park". The non-smoking vacation apartment is located on the upper floor, the size is approx. 86 m², divided into 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and hallway. Natural materials were used in the construction and interior design of the vacation apartment. The floor consists of oiled and waxed solid wood planks, the walls are mostly plastered with colored clay plaster, a small part with lime plaster. Most of the furnishings, including the kitchen, consist of oiled solid wood furniture, and some of the mattresses are natural mattresses made of coconut and natural latex. The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities: extensive hikes directly from Dreiborn or in the surrounding area (e.g. in the High Fens on the Belgian side), water sports on the Rursee (swimming, stand-up paddling, sailing), cycling on many designated cycle routes and visits to places worth seeing, such as the half-timbered town of Monschau. The nearest cities are Aachen (45 km), Cologne and Bonn (approx. 70 km) and Liège in Belgium (approx. 80 km).

The Catholic St. John's Chapel is located next to our farm store for quiet moments.The farm includes a nostalgic café, a farm store with regional products and a cultural stage. The connection to the highway is very good and can be reached in 9km, the way to the beautiful Eifel is infallible and cycling and hiking trails are right on the doorstep. Seepark and the historic town center of Zülpich are only 4km away.
