The accommodation is located in the centre of the pedestrian zone. It is approx. 53 metres in size and has been newly furnished. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, including a high chair for children. In the bedroom there is a large double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed where 2 more guests can sleep. A cot can also be added. The bathroom has a large, comfortable floor shower. A small hallway and, if required, a washing machine and tumble dryer round off the offer.The flat is located in an old building that was completely renovated a few years ago. It is on the 1st floor; there is also a secured car park at the house. Short distances lead you to the bakery, butcher and 2 supermarkets. Less than 100 metres away is the Eifel National Park Gate, where you can find lots of information. The spa gardens and the heated outdoor pool are also just a few minutes' walk away.From here you can start numerous hiking and cycling trails, e.g. Eifelsteig or Wildnistrail or cycle along the K7 to the Urft dam.

General: The three-room apartment is located in the 2nd row (30 m - street) on the first floor of a two-family house. The house was built by the owner in 2004 and was occupied by family members until the end of 2022. The first floor apartment was renovated in spring 2023 and is now offered as a vacation apartment. The apartment: Family-friendly and modern furnished 75 m² non-smoking apartment with living/dining room, separate kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a large bathroom, storage/ pantry, garden furniture in the driveway with a small green area and a parking space for two cars next to the house. Furnishings: The apartment is fully tiled and has underfloor heating. In the living room you will find a cozy corner sofa (also suitable for sleeping) with matching coffee table and a wall unit, satellite TV with HDMI connection, stereo system with radio, games and books are also there. The adjoining dining area is equipped with an extendable dining table for 6-8 chairs. The kitchen, in which you will find a stove with ceramic hob, convection oven, Tchibo capsule machine, refrigerator, kettle and basic cooking equipment. The living room faces south. In the driveway you will find a garden table with seating. The two bedrooms face northwest and northeast. Here you will find a double bed and a single bed with new slatted frames and cold foam mattresses (sizes: 2.00 x 1.80 m and 2.00 x 1.00 m respectively) as well as wardrobes and chests of drawers.
