The vacation apartment is located away from the main road, quietly and centrally in the center of Schmidt am Rursee. Schmidt is surrounded by forest and is located right next to the Eifel National Park. Lake Rursee is only 2 km away and is ideal for swimming, fishing, canoeing, sailing and diving. The vacation resort of Schmidt is situated on a high plateau approx. 480m above sea level, in the Rur Eifel directly on the Rursee. A good starting point for hikers and water sports enthusiasts.
Our house in the center of Lonnig, near the church. The vacation apartment is in an old farmhouse. Rustic courtyard with small fountain and outdoor seating with barbecue facilities. Parking spaces for cars and bicycles in the adjoining courtyard. Washing machine and dryer available. Cycle path and hiking trails such as the Traumpfade and the famous Eltz Castle in the immediate vicinity. The Moselle valley, the Laacher See, Koblenz with the Deutsches Eck, the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and the cable car can be reached in a short time.

The holiday home "Roder am Eifelsteig" is located in Monschau-Mützenich, in the immediate vicinity of the Eifelsteig and the "Ravel Route" (hiking and cycling path). Modernly furnished semi-detached house (approx. 85 m²) with a separate entrance and a small garden area that can be used for relaxing and barbecuing. There are three bedrooms: two with a double bed each and another room with two single beds (connecting room to one of the double rooms). On the gallery on the upper floor, one person can sleep on an extra bed if required. One double room has an additional small TV. The modern bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet and a sink. The large kitchen is modernly furnished and fully equipped. The large living-dining room is adjacent to the kitchen. A playground is about 150 m from the house. Large meadow behind the house (can be used for dog walking or as a football field). Several parking spaces at the house. Bicycle garage available on request.
