We rent a romantic holiday home that has been extensively and lovingly renovated and furnished. The house is well-equipped and is surrounded by a spacious property with a wooden veranda. The holiday home is located in the district of Leudersdorf, on the outskirts, in close proximity to various hiking and cycling paths. The Eifelsteig trail passes by the village and is reachable on foot from the house, which is why Leudersdorf is very popular among hikers and mountain bikers. The "crime capital" Hillesheim can be reached in 10-15 minutes. From Leudersdorf, the following excursion destinations are also very easy to reach: Dreimühlen Waterfall near Nohn, Freilingen Swimming Lake, Nürburgring, Dauner Maare, Kasselburg Gerolstein, Phantasialand, Wild and Adventure Park Daun, and much more. The terrace will only be usable starting in spring 2025.

Whether hiking, cycling or relaxing walks, racing enthusiasts will not miss out here either, numerous excursion destinations can be reached from Hauroth in no time at all: Nürburgring, the Moselle town of Cochem, Eltz Castle, the Geierlay suspension rope bridge, Bürresheim Castle and various maars & lakes.

Our two renovated and newly furnished holiday apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a former inn. Free parking is available in the courtyard. We also offer seating areas and a grill option (covered), as well as protected bicycle storage. Directly next to our house is the entry point to the Maifeld cycle path. This provides ideal opportunities for hiking, cycling, skating, jogging, and geocaching. Our house is also an ideal starting point for many attractions in the surrounding area.The famous Eltz Castle with its wonderful hiking trails is only 5 km away, for example. Many other great hiking trails (Traumpfade) are quickly accessible. Our lovingly renovated, rustic vacation home "Haus Messern" is located in the beautiful Eifel village of Rittersdorf. The beer town of Bitburg can be reached in 5 minutes by car or easily via the cycle path (4km). The house has a total of approx. 120 m² with 6 bedrooms for 10 people. The original wooden staircase leads to 2 bathrooms, a play and reading room and a living/dining room on 4 floors. A selection of books, information material and board games are available to guests in the games and reading room. The modern and individual furnishings create a cozy feel-good atmosphere. Low ceilings, sloping walls and floors and steep stairs make up the unique character of the Eifelhaus. The fully equipped fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. There is also a separate washing machine room. We offer free internet. In addition to free parking directly at the house, you can store your bicycles and motorcycles in our garage on request. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling (cycle path to Bitburg) and hiking.
