This comfortable vacation apartment with separate entrance in the basement of a 2-family house is situated in a quiet rural location with a direct view of pastures and meadows - in the middle of the beautiful Volcanic Eifel. A garden with terrace invites you to relax, barbecue and play for young and old. Ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours or explorations by car.A lockable room for your bicycles is available.

Our completely refurbished and modernized 300-year-old half-timbered house is located in Mahlberg. A small and quite place at 500 m above sea level with around 500 inhabitants. The village is characterized by idyllic tranquility and located below the mountain „Michelsberg”. It is ideal starting point for hiking, biking and enjoying the unspoilt nature. In the next village „Schönau” (approx. 2 km) you will find a  restaurant. The historical part of Bad Münstereifel with its outlet and sights (approx. 7km) can be reached in a few minutes.The apartment (non-smoking) extends over several floors and offers about 53 m², sufficient space for up to 3 adults. The separate entrance hall and kitchen with dining area are located on the ground floor.Double bedroom, bathroom (with shower and toilet) and open living room are located on the first floor. The single bedroom with its gallery is situated in the attic. You can relax on our terrace and enjoy the sunset over the Northern Eifel.A rich breakfast can be booked on request.

Giescheid is a small, tranquil village at 652 m above sea level with about 100 inhabitants in the municipality of Hellenthal. The village is characterised by idyllic tranquillity, without traffic noise, as no through road leads through the village. However, the neighbouring village of Rescheid (approx. 1 km) with its inn and bakery and the main town of Hellenthal (approx. 6 km) can be reached in a few minutes. The holiday flat (non-smoking flat)is located on the first floor and offers with approx. 70 sqm enough space for up to four persons.It consists of a living room, kitchen, shower/WC, hallway and two bedrooms (double rooms). One bedroom is a passage room. Our guest rooms have shower/WC and SAT-TV.Start your holiday day in the Eifel National Park with a hearty breakfast in our comfortably furnished lounge.Our rooms are non-smoking rooms. 

For nature lovers and adventurers Walking, hiking, climbing, cycling: Outdoor fans and adventure sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth here. Located right next to the Eifel National Park, the cozy Simmerath-Rurberg Youth Hostel offers ideal conditions for numerous activities in the fresh air. The hostel has an eight-meter-high climbing tower and a high ropes course. Water sports enthusiasts will find their playground on the nearby Rursee lake. Canoeing, sailing and rafting tours are real highlights of an Eifel vacation. And those who prefer to stay on the ground can kick and throw a few balls on the large outdoor area of the youth hostel. In bad weather, the movie room, pool table and table football provide the best entertainment. Spacious, quiet vacation apartment in the countryside This beautiful, fully equipped vacation apartment in Weiler am Berg near Mechernich offers plenty of space for one to four people. WLAN is available, you can park your car in your own parking space and there is a storage area for your bicycles. With the Eifel National Park on your doorstep, this is an ideal starting point for hikes and day trips. Bad Münstereifel (Outlet City) and Kommern (LVR open-air museum) are also not far away. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking apartment. Fitters are very welcome!
