Haus Eifelkind

Haus Eifelkind was built in 1975 and has been continuously renovated to make it more energy-efficient. The last renovation was completed in March 2026. A spacious, natural property with plenty of space for playing and exploring, barbecuing and spending time together offers the ideal place for families, couples and friends. Much has been redone, but you will also find solid features from the past 50 years.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 x 90x200cm). All bedrooms have roller shutters. A crib and a mobile bed rail are available.

In the spacious kitchen-cum-living room, which is well-equipped, with a conservatory and great views of the countryside, you will find a large table with seating for at least 8 people. A Stokke high chair is available.

There is a SmartTv in the large living room.

The barrier-free bathroom has a large shower, bathtub and WC. A hairdryer is available.
There is a guest WC.

All windows in the house have shutters and curtains.

    Our accommodation Ferienwohnung Hohe Acht, located 12 km from the Nürburgring, offers overnight stays with free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The apartment and the double room, for self-catering, feature tiled floors and are equipped with a satellite flat-screen TV, a kitchenette, and the double room has a cooking facility, coffee machine, kettle, and a small refrigerator. Of course, each unit has its own bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a large balcony and there is also a shared seating area with barbecue facilities in the courtyard. Our guests can start right into our beautiful hiking region, go cycling, or if snow conditions allow, ski in nearby Jammelshofen. The Abbey Maria Laach is located 25 km from the accommodation. Cologne/Bonn Airport is 70 km away.

Secluded in the Eifel, on the banks of the Ahr, with the hiking trail to the world-famous Teufelsley on the doorstep and yet situated on the main artery to the Nürburgring - this is the location of the country inn.
