Our non-smoking holiday flat for 2 persons has approx. 55 sqm and is located on a former farm on the outskirts of Hupperath. From the first floor you have a wonderful view of the unique Eifel landscape. You reach the separate entrance via a metal staircase with 17 steps. The holiday home is divided into an open living, dining and cooking area, a double bedroom, a storage room and a modern bathroom with shower/WC. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Coffee machine, toaster, kettle and sufficient cutlery and crockery are also available, as well as a basic supply of coffee, pepper, salt, sugar and much more. In the bedroom there is a bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres. Of course, the beds are made for you upon arrival. Hand and kitchen towels are also available free of charge in the bathroom and kitchen. Furthermore, the flat has free wifi access. On the large lawn next to the house you will find ample seating and sunbathing opportunities to relax and enjoy under fruit, nut and chestnut trees. On request, we can provide you with a barbecue.

The destinations Maar Mosel Radweg, and the hiking trails Eifelsteig, Lieserpfad or to the Maaren (eyes of the Eifel) you can reach in a few minutes.You can experience interesting day trips from the vacation apartment. For example, to the legendary Formula 1 race track at the Nürburgring (Green Hell), to the castle towns of Cochem and Bernkastel or follow in the footsteps of the ancient Romans and visit the oldest city in Germany, Trier.

The 52 m² newly furnished apartment is divided into a double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers, a living room with satellite TV and dining table and a new kitchenette with dishwasher. The apartment also has a spacious shower and WC with washbasin. A new washing machine and an exhaust air dryer are also in the apartment. If you prefer "home cooking", there is a comfortable kitchen with everything you need. There is a cozy seating area not far from the entrance.
