Ferienwohnung Maifeldtraum

Our modern and lovingly designed apartment with a size of 110 sqm for up to 6 people + 1 toddler is located on the 1st floor. Upper floor in a quiet location. It has two balconies (12 and 5 square meters). The large southwest balcony is equipped with balcony furniture, electric awning and barbecue. There you can enjoy the sun until the evening. All rooms are flooded with light, spacious and furnished to a high standard.

A car parking space and a bicycle garage are available.

Our house is the ideal starting point for excursions, hikes and bicycle tours. In the immediate vicinity are the Maifeld cycle path, Eltz Castle and Pyrmont Castle with the award-winning dream paths "Eltzer Burgpanorama" and "Pyrmonter Felsensteig" as well as the dream area "Paradiesweg". The Moselle and Rhine valleys, the Laacher See, the Eifelmaare, the geyser in Andernach and the beautiful cities of Koblenz and Mayen can be reached in a short time.

In our village there is a bakery with farm shop (distance about 100m). There are also two restaurants, the "Alte Remise-Boulodrome" and the "Route House".

Within a radius of 3 to 5 km there is a very diverse gastronomy. There you can enjoy German country house cuisine as well as Greek, Italian or Croatian cuisine.

About 1.5 km away is an alpaca ranch, where an outdoor picnic can be booked with the animals in the pasture.

Whether as a couple, family with children or as a business trip, our apartment offers everyone a comfortable and cosy temporary home.

The apartment is approx. 70 square meters, has its own entrance, is barrier-free and is located in a rural and quiet location. Through large windows it is very bright and flooded with light. It has a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room is furnished with a leather couch, height-adjustable coffee table, television and carefree internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. In the bedroom there is a box spring bed 2ma 2 meters tall. The bathroom has a barrier-free, walk-in shower with shower seat, sink, toilet and a hair dryer. From the living room you enter a beautiful large terrace. It is fully furnished with a table, chairs, raised lounger, parasol and an electric grill. A garage parking space is available on request. Storage space for bicycles and motorbikes is available.

Included in the rental price of the apartment are towels, bed linen, sauna for exclusive use and final cleaning, no additional costs. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Unfortunately we do not accept pets. Spend your best time of the year as a vacation or short trip in our hospitable house in the Eifel between the Eifel National Park and the Eifel volcano with sauna & terrace. 5 minutes by car from the Kronenburg bathing lake with sunbathing lawn, shady spots and restaurants. The 73 m² Auszeit vacation apartment with ground-level entrance and sun terrace is located in a former detached farmhouse, 9 km from the Belgian border. From the 400 souls place Baasem out the location offers the proximity of Cologne and to Trier despite Eifel flair. ( approx. 60 min ) The location is particularly suitable for motorcycle travelers and convertible drivers in the Ardennes / Belgium, volcano Eifel, Luxembourg, Moselle and Nürburgring. Hiking, cycling and Nordic walking are possible from the accommodation. The apartment was completed in April 2020 and is designed for 2 people. There is the possibility of an additional overnight stay for 2 people in a high-quality bunk bed measuring 2 m x 1.40 m for 2 people in the passageway from the living room to the bathroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for 4 people. The bathroom has a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The terrace has wooden furniture with barbecue and sauna. Parking for cars, motorcycles and a garage for bicycles are available at the house. The rental price includes towels, bed linen and sauna including final cleaning, so there are no hidden additional costs. Arrival is usually from 15:00 and departure at 11:00. Other times can be arranged by prior arrangement.

    The house (75 sqm) has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower/WC. The two bedrooms with double beds are non-smoking rooms. The living room is equipped with TV, stereo system, wood-burning stove and pull-out bed in the sofa set. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers space for 6 people. There is a parking space in the inner courtyard. The garden can be used by guests. The entire property is fenced and there are sun loungers in the garden. The vacation home is child-friendly. A travel cot for small children can be provided on request. A high chair is not available.In the utility room you will find another toilet, washing machine and dryer, in the courtyard two terraces with barbecue area and garden furniture. Important additional information: The upper bedroom is a connecting room to the bathroom.
