It was built from 2017 to 2018 and will be rented out as a vacation apartment for the first time from mid-April 2019.above in the immediate vicinity is the pond, a natural body of water that offers a cool place to linger, especially in midsummer with its surrounding trees.from the dining table, on a clear day, there is a wonderful view of up to 70 km into the flatter surrounding countryside between Jülich and Cologne.within the village there are shopping facilities for daily needs. There are 2 bakeries, a supermarket, a post office, a gas station, a pharmacy, as well as a doctor (general practitioner) and a dentist. If you want to keep your own kitchen cold, 3 restaurants offer the possibility to have a good dinner in the immediate vicinity after an exciting day of hiking or excursions. Two banks (Sparkasse and Volksbank) are located in the village, minimum stay 2 nights.
