    The "FeWo Antweiler Unterburg" is located on the ground floor of our house, which has a total of 3 residential units. The yard is closed to the street and has a garden that is not yet finished, but still invites you for relaxing moments. The apartment has been extensively renovated and is available since October 2019 for rent! There are private parking spaces on private property on the opposite property. Since October 2019, the family Eckardt offers holiday guests in their first apartment "Unterburg" the opportunity to enjoy the charm of the closed courtyard and relax from everyday life. A total of 3 units are available, one of which is used by the Eckardt family itself. The refurbished half-timbered farm complex was built around 1850 and has already given many people a home. For the year 2020, the rental of a second apartment "Oberburg" is planned. The in-house chickens provide you with breakfast eggs on request. With warmth and dedication, the family wants to prepare their guests a pleasant stay. Our motto: "No hidden costs!" Therefore, W-LAN, washing machine, dryer, towels, bed linen, parking & final cleaning are already included in the price! In the immediate vicinity there is the golf course castle Zievel, the castle Satzvey with all-season events, the Zikkurat with a variety of recreational opportunities (bowling, swimming, sauna), the outlet Bad Münstereifel, great hiking routes, the bathing and spa world Euskirchen and much more!

The region offers numerous hiking and cycling trails. The village offers good shopping facilities, such as bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, etc. In addition to stores, sports and leisure facilities, you can cool off in summer in our solar-heated "Pellenz" leisure pool. There is a wide range of medical services (doctors, massage therapists, etc.) and our clubs and societies offer just as many leisure activities. Thanks to our central location, the cities of Koblenz and Bonn are very easy to reach.

It was completely renovated in 2021 and due to its location it is an ideal starting point, both for the things of daily life, as well as for exploring the beautiful Voreifel. Our modernly furnished holiday flat has two bedrooms, a living room with dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom (shower/ WC) and next to it a separate guest WC. In the large bedroom there is a double bed and a sleeping couch, in the other room two single beds. Thus, there is room for a maximum of five people in the flat. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, etc. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate guest toilet. The flat is on the ground floor and has a terrace with lawn on the south side of the house, which creates a bright and friendly atmosphere in the rooms and invites you to eat, drink and linger. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Bicycles/e-bikes that you bring with you can be parked in the garage. In addition, a bicycle is available for you to fetch your daily bread rolls or for cycling in the relaxing Eifel region.
