The modern new building was future-oriented with geothermal energy, photovoltaic system, triple glazing and with the highest standard of energy consumption. Parking space with wall box is reserved for each apartment (accounting via counters). Each apartment has a spacious terrace. Apartment Charly and Karin - Flurweg 12 The Ferien - Gästehaus Egger, Flurweg 12, was newly built in 2021 in Trittscheid. The modern new building was future-oriented with geothermal energy, triple glazing and with the highest standard of energy consumption. A parking space is reserved for each apartment. The village of Trittscheid is about 6 km from the district town of Daun with its shops, hospital, banks, supermarkets, cinema, Maare, ice cream parlors, cafes, restaurants, swimming pool, etc. Near Trittscheid there are hiking trails (Eifelsteig), bike trails, donkey hikes (can be booked in town). You can see other leisure activities and visits from the brochures placed in the apartments. The Nürburgring can also be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

We warmly welcome you to the "Aparthotel Tannenhof - Urlaub & Wohnen", your temporary home on the outskirts of Wittlich, close to the forest and hiking trails, with a fascinating view of the town and the Wittlich valley.Our aparthotel has 31 flats, most of which are used for medium-term stays. In 2022, we furnished three apartments as bright, modern holiday homes for you with great attention to detail. We have paid attention to natural materials such as wood and a harmonious colour concept. The living room with open-plan kitchen ensures a good sense of space. To make you feel at home straight away and enjoy your stay from the start, there are plenty of parking spaces available directly at the house on your arrival and mineral water, tea and coffee are waiting for you in the holiday flat. In the kitchen we have dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, sponge and tea towels ready for your stay, the modern bathroom is equipped with fluffy towels on your arrival and bed linen is also provided. Each flat has a flat-screen TV. In our guest folders you will find carefully compiled, important information about the house and the surrounding area, as well as useful contact addresses, gastronomic tips. In our garden, we have created a modern barbecue area for you to socialise and relax. We are happy to provide you with a gas barbecue, deckchairs and a jukebox for an extra charge and fill your fridge in the flat with barbecue food. In a unique location in the beautiful Eifel, directly on the shores of Lake Kronenburg, lies our approx. 140 square meter exclusive vacation home. The former stevedore's house has been offered as a vacation home for the first time since 2019. The house has been completely refurbished and modernized to meet the highest standards and offers up to 8 people the best comfort on vacation. Can also be booked for up to 10 people on request.
