Eifel farmhouse with charm Completely modernised and 4-star certified holiday home for sole use. Our house is fully furnished and equipped with all comforts for beautiful and relaxing holidays. With us, you can discover the Eifel and its many attractions with up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children and feel right at home. Our holiday home is located in the heart of the village of Thür and has a living space of approx. 90 sqm including laundry room and garage. It offers space for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. If required, you have the possibility to put up an additional travel cot. The building has a front and a rear courtyard for your sole use, separated by a gate. In the front area there is a bench to sit on, in the back area there is garden furniture with a dining table and 7-way adjustable garden chairs and a parasol for your stay. Via the entrance door you reach the hallway with wardrobe on the ground floor. Here you will also find the dining area with a generously equipped modern kitchen. In addition to a ceramic hob, raised oven and dishwasher, you will also find numerous little helpers such as a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, tea maker, microwave, hand blender, hand blender and radio. The living room with LCD TV 55" SONO box and sideboard with cupboards, coffee table, a recliner and a sofa bed is adjacent. The modern bathroom has a window, a shower including a rain shower, toilet, hairdryer and a small cupboard for your utensils. For each person booked, we provide you with 2 small towels and a shower towel as well as small hotel cosmetics. On the 1st floor you will find a hallway, which is equipped with a window and a full-length mirror. The first room is suitable for one person and has a modern single bed measuring 0.90 metres by 2.00 metres. For your comfort, we have equipped all rooms with special mattresses that offer a 2-sided use option. When booking, you can specify whether you would like to sleep hard or soft. When you arrive, the mattress and bedding will already be prepared and ready for you. The room is also equipped with a wardrobe, a bedside table with alarm clock and bedside lamp. Through the hallway you enter another room, which is a passage room and was furnished by us as a 2nd living room. The furnishings include a table and a sofa, a desk with desk chair and reading lamp as well as a small sideboard and an LCD TV. Behind the room is the large bedroom with a double bed. The two mattresses of 1.00 metre by 2.00 metre size also offer 2-sided use. Further equipment includes a 6-door wardrobe with a full-length mirror, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, an alarm clock and a clothes valet. For safekeeping of your valuables you will find a small safe. Washing machine and tumble dryer are in the laundry room, which has two windows and is located in an extra room next to the building. Here you will also find clothes drying racks. Cleaning utensils, hoover, ironing board and iron. For your comfort, the windows of the entire house have electric shutters and the radiators have digital thermostats.

The holiday home "Roder am Eifelsteig" is located in Monschau-Mützenich, in the immediate vicinity of the Eifelsteig and the "Ravel Route" (hiking and cycling path). Modernly furnished semi-detached house (approx. 85 m²) with a separate entrance and a small garden area that can be used for relaxing and barbecuing. There are three bedrooms: two with a double bed each and another room with two single beds (connecting room to one of the double rooms). On the gallery on the upper floor, one person can sleep on an extra bed if required. One double room has an additional small TV. The modern bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet and a sink. The large kitchen is modernly furnished and fully equipped. The large living-dining room is adjacent to the kitchen. A playground is about 150 m from the house. Large meadow behind the house (can be used for dog walking or as a football field). Several parking spaces at the house. Bicycle garage available on request. De La Fontaine is a lovely Maria-Theresia style mansion in the quiet and rural setting of Feilsdorf in the heart of the South Eifel. The house is a perfect romantic weekend hide-away and an ideal base for touring the area. We are only a forty-minute drive from the UNESCO World Heritage cities of Trier—once capital of the Roman Empire—and Luxembourg, as well as near the borders to Belgium, France, or the Netherlands. Formerly a 17th century manor, De La Fontaine was re-built as a farm estate between 1812 and 1816 and retains many original features and character. Set in seven acres of gardens and paddocks on the village outskirts, and elevated above the Prüm River valley, with fields, forests, and rugged countryside all around, it is one of the best locations in the area. Our country house is a rural retreat in which to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the glories of Trier, Luxembourg, or the stunning nature of the Eifel National Park. Why not stroll by the Prüm or call in at a nearby restaurant for an excellent meal? From the friendly, family run bed & breakfast house the panoramic view sweeps over forty miles of fields, forests, and valleys. Indoors, oak-beamed ceilings and period furnishings create a comfortable backdrop, guaranteeing a warm and comfortable stay and offering an ideal atmosphere for relaxation within its residents lounge, two breakfast rooms, and an office with an Internet station in the former “Saddlery”.  Each of our two recently refurbished suites have been individually designed to offer modern comfort whilst maintaining their unique period style. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, tv, and available Wi-Fi. We also have a separate guest-house, available on a self-catering basis.
