The approximately 95 m², spacious and light-flooded house "Löftchen" in Roetgen offers space for 4 people. The high ceilings and the open design offer a very special and cozy flair. The house, furnished in an upscale style, is equipped with a bedroom for 4 people (2 double beds / 180x200). One bed can be reached via a staircase to the gallery of the room. The lower area of the bedroom is equipped with an additional TV. The bedroom has a direct connection to the terrace and offers a view of the garden. The adjoining bathroom including a barrier-free shower, double sink and a toilet is directly accessible from the bedroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island, a dishwasher, induction stove and XXL oven, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, freezer and a capsule coffee machine. Living and dining room with satellite TV and surround system. From the living area you have a direct view of the garden. Outside you will find a spacious terrace with an adjoining garden area. The terrace is equipped with a comfortable lounge, parasoland a sun bed. With 2 people, the house can be used entirely as a ground floor apartment (not barrier-free). Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. WiFi use is free of charge. Pets are allowed on request (please state breed and size). De La Fontaine is a lovely Maria-Theresia style mansion in the quiet and rural setting of Feilsdorf in the heart of the South Eifel. The house is a perfect romantic weekend hide-away and an ideal base for touring the area. We are only a forty-minute drive from the UNESCO World Heritage cities of Trier—once capital of the Roman Empire—and Luxembourg, as well as near the borders to Belgium, France, or the Netherlands. Formerly a 17th century manor, De La Fontaine was re-built as a farm estate between 1812 and 1816 and retains many original features and character. Set in seven acres of gardens and paddocks on the village outskirts, and elevated above the Prüm River valley, with fields, forests, and rugged countryside all around, it is one of the best locations in the area. Our country house is a rural retreat in which to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the glories of Trier, Luxembourg, or the stunning nature of the Eifel National Park. Why not stroll by the Prüm or call in at a nearby restaurant for an excellent meal? From the friendly, family run bed & breakfast house the panoramic view sweeps over forty miles of fields, forests, and valleys. Indoors, oak-beamed ceilings and period furnishings create a comfortable backdrop, guaranteeing a warm and comfortable stay and offering an ideal atmosphere for relaxation within its residents lounge, two breakfast rooms, and an office with an Internet station in the former “Saddlery”.  Each of our two recently refurbished suites have been individually designed to offer modern comfort whilst maintaining their unique period style. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, tv, and available Wi-Fi. We also have a separate guest-house, available on a self-catering basis. 

The hotel and restaurant are very popular with hikers and are ideal as a stopover at the end of the first stage of the Eifelsteig. The wellness oasis "Roetgen Therme" with 7 saunas (including the Eifel sweat lodge, the Himalaya Kirstall salt sauna, the aroma bath and the flower bath, among others) and 5 pools is directly accessible from the hotel. The highlight is the large open-air seawater pool (heated all year round) in the 5000 m² thermal park. A small but fine hotel - directly above one of Germany's leading wellness facilities. Guests can enter the Roetgen thermal baths directly from their hotel room. The hotel is located in the 200-year-old post office of Roetgen and fits traditionally into the Eifel with its massive walls.

Our AusZeit vacation apartment is located in the center of Wassenach. The apartment was completely renovated from 2019 to 2020 and has been open to our guests since July 2020. Comfortably and lovingly furnished, you can take a break from stressful everyday life here. It is particularly suitable for guests who enjoy hiking, mountain biking, looking for a break from everyday life and simply want to enjoy the peace and quiet. Special features: Freshly renovated. Your vacation destination: Our AusZeit is located approx. 1.5 km from Lake Laach and 4 km from Maria Laach Monastery. From the Lydia Tower you have a view over Wassenach, the Laacher See area and the Siebengebirge with the Drachenfels. Within walking distance you can reach our Tante Enso store which offers all products for your daily needs. The Waldfrieden restaurant is only 1 km away. Many hiking trails start directly at the edge of the village and some dream trails are nearby. Further leisure activities: Hiking on the Traumpfädchen and Traumpfaden trails.One of the most famous, the Höhlen-und Schluchtensteig, leads directly past the outskirts of Wassenach.Trips to Koblenz (30km) to the historic old town or with the cable car to the Ehrenbreitstein fortress are an experience.Numerous sights such as the Maria Laach monastery or the cold water geyser in Andernach (12km) are very close by. The Nürburgring with many events and a motorsport adventure museum is 35 km away.

The two-person holiday flat, situated in the historical centre of the village Üxheim-Niederehe, is about 45 sqm.Max. 1 dog € 10 / night (please be so kind to inform the host in advance) Niederehe is a small town situated in the valley of the nature-sanctuary „Hönselberg“. It fascinates with its vegetation: meadows of juniper and orchids. A 800 years-old monastery building with an adjacent church is located in the village itself. The holiday flat ist he perfect starting point to enjoy bicylce tours on the nearby cycle tracks, e.g. the „Kalkeifel Radweg“ , or relaxed hiking trips, e.g. the „Eifelsteig“ or the „Eifel-Krimi-Wanderweg“. All those cycle or hiking trails directly cross the village of Niederehe.
