Tours for mountain bikers are also starting at the doorstep. The center to Trier is about 7 km, the borders of Luxemburg about 4.5 km and the city of Luxembourg about 30 km. Good bus and train connections to Trier and Luxembourg.

The modern new building was future-oriented with geothermal energy, triple glazing and with the highest standard of energy consumption. A parking space is reserved for each apartment. The village of Trittscheid is about 6 km from the district town of Daun with its shops, hospital, banks, supermarkets, cinema, Maare, ice cream parlors, cafes, restaurants, swimming pool, etc. Near Trittscheid there are hiking trails (Eifelsteig), bike trails, donkey hikes (can be booked in town). You can see other leisure activities and visits from the brochures placed in the apartments. The Nürburgring can also be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
