The modern, quiet and detached vacation home is located directly on designated hiking and cycling trails. From the vacation home you can enjoy the view of the wooded hills of the Eifel National Park.

In the immediate vicinity (between 5 and 15 km) you will find a variety of excursion destinations in the beautiful nature of the Eifel. These include: Pump track, visitor mine, bird of prey park, swimming area with boat hire, go-kart track, bouldering wall and stargazing. In winter, there are cozy Christmas markets, winter hiking trails, toboggan lifts and cross-country ski trails. Excursions to nearby Belgium round off your stay.

Fully equipped kitchen, with small dining table and fully automatic coffee machine. Living/bedroom with sitting area, reading corner and dining area. The apartment has an exit to the idyllic inner courtyard with terrace and barbecue area. Ideal starting point for excursions to the dream trails, Eltz Castle, Moselle, Rhine and the Nürburgring. Our small village Mertloch has about 1400 inhabitants. Good traffic connection, three kilometers to the freeway connection A48. Shopping facilities nearby. Parking directly in front of the house. Motorcycles/bicycles can be stored in the garage, pets are not allowed. Price per night: 1 person: 61 Euro, 2 persons: 69 Euro.
