Welcome to our newly renovated BuchenBlick holiday apartment in the idyllic Eifel village of Baasem!

Experience an unforgettable holiday in our charming village of Baasem, surrounded by a breathtaking rural setting. Our holiday apartment offers you a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and recharging your batteries.

The location of Baasem is unique as it is located in the border triangle between Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg. Take advantage of this ideal location to take day trips to three different countries and discover the cultural and scenic highlights of this region.

Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet will love Baasem. Rolling hills, green meadows and picturesque forests offer numerous opportunities for walks, hikes and bike or motorbike tours. Enjoy the natural beauty of the area and the spectacular views of the surrounding landscape.

Baasem also offers opportunities for winter sports activities in winter. Nearby you will find ski areas and cross-country ski trails that are suitable for both beginners and experienced skiers. Immerse yourself in the magic of winter and enjoy skiing, snowboarding or tobogganing in this picturesque region.

Baasem is also a great base for exploring the surrounding attractions. Visit historic towns and charming villages that are well worth a visit. The region also offers a variety of leisure activities such as golf, horse riding and fishing.

Our holiday apartment can accommodate up to four people and has two separate bedrooms. Relax on the sun terrace and end the evenings comfortably, for example with a barbecue.

Your pet is also welcome by arrangement.

We provide you with a carport and an additional parking space. If you bring bicycles with you, we can offer you a lockable parking space on request.

The apartment is available to you from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Other times can be arranged by arrangement.

Our price is €80/day for up to two people with a minimum of 2 nights, each additional person is charged at €10/day and for pets we charge €5/day. The final cleaning costs €60.
The price includes all additional costs as well as bed linen and towels.
Our holiday apartment is also available to fitters and tradesmen.

    Our AusZeit vacation apartment is located in the center of Wassenach. The apartment was completely renovated from 2019 to 2020 and has been open to our guests since July 2020. Comfortably and lovingly furnished, you can take a break from stressful everyday life here. It is particularly suitable for guests who enjoy hiking, mountain biking, looking for a break from everyday life and simply want to enjoy the peace and quiet. Special features: Freshly renovated. Beds made on arrival. Bed linen, towels and tea towels included once per stay.Lockable room for bicycles available.Coffee and various teas are available. Your vacation destination: Our AusZeit is located approx. 1.5 km from Lake Laach and 4 km from Maria Laach Monastery. From the Lydia Tower you have a view over Wassenach, the Laacher See area and the Siebengebirge with the Drachenfels. Within walking distance you can reach our Tante Enso store which offers all products for your daily needs. The Waldfrieden restaurant is only 1 km away. Many hiking trails start directly at the edge of the village and some dream trails are nearby. Further leisure activities: Hiking on the Traumpfädchen and Traumpfaden trails.One of the most famous, the Höhlen-und Schluchtensteig, leads directly past the outskirts of Wassenach.Trips to Koblenz (30km) to the historic old town or with the cable car to the Ehrenbreitstein fortress are an experience.Numerous sights such as the Maria Laach monastery or the cold water geyser in Andernach (12km) are very close by. The Nürburgring with many events and a motorsport adventure museum is 35 km away.

Vogelsang IP with its visitor center and exhibitions can be reached in 5 minutes by car.At the National Park Gate in Gemünd (5 minutes' walk) you can get information and tips for your stay. The three-hour ranger tour starts there at 11 a.m. on Saturdays.Good shopping facilities, 5 minutes' walk to the town center.

    All you can see from the balcony and almost all the windows are woods, pastures and paddocks. This lovingly furnished apartment is ideal for up to four guests to live in, enjoy, relax, discover, be together, ... . Bettenfeld, situated on a plateau, is surrounded by a unique volcanic landscape. Due to the special conditions for flora and fauna, the Mosenberg (519m) is particularly noteworthy. Whether on foot with or without a dog or on a mountain bike, there is one thing above all: untouched nature. Forests and mountains characterize the surroundings. Other excursion destinations are the Windsbornkratersee lake, the Hinkelsmaar and Meerfeld with its nice shops and restaurants and also its own maar. The castle climbing trail in Manderscheid was recently opened and has quickly become a tourist magnet.
