The tour starts in the heart of the castle town of Manderscheid. First you hurtle down into the valley of the Kleine Kyll, which will enchant you with its pristine beauty. Then a challenge awaits you: to get to the Windsborn crater lake, you have to pedal hard. But once you reach the top, you will be rewarded with a fantastic view of the only crater lake north of the Alps. Now you can roll comfortably down to Meerfeld and then master the ascent to the Landesblick viewing platform. Here, too, you will be rewarded for your efforts with a unique panorama of the Meerfeld maar. You then ride into the valley of the Kleine Kyll and return to the castle town of Manderscheid via trails, where there are several places to stop for refreshments to round off the tour.
