In Schönecker Schweiz, llama hikes of a special kind take place on full moon nights: Llamas striding silently, the dark shadows of hikers, the occasional soft bird call - and the full moon shining above it all. We spend around three hours walking through nature at night.

The walking route is relaxed at 4 kilometers and with little difference in altitude. Back at the paddock, a fire bowl with stick bread and sausages awaits you. On this entertaining discovery, you are the only one out and about with a llama or alpaca and the guide. The approximately one-hour walk takes you to the castle ruins along natural paths without any major differences in altitude. At the end, you will spend extra time in the pasture, where you will meet our youngest alpaca Tutun.

Our guided evening observations take place from April to September. Torches or headlamps and of course sturdy shoes are always recommended!
